Our primary focus in the years 2011-2016 will be residential rentals and multifamily projects that provide cash flow with a value add investment opportunity through Bogdan Capital. In addition, we are currently looking at market opportunities, including bank notes, foreclosures and under capitalized real estate.

We believe given the opportunities and current economic market that this is the least risky place to be and allows us to be able to provide investors a fair and current return on their money. 

In order to accelerate expansion into this lucrative market and take advantage of the opportunities that this unique economy presents, Bogdan Builders, Bogdan Capital and Bogdan Management are actively establishing relationships with business partners, banks and other participants. We hope you are or soon will be one of them.

Most of our projects are short term, two years or less. We have concentrated on these type properties as it maximizes returns and allows us to take advantage of more opportunities.

After your first project with us is nearing completion, you will be offered the opportunity to either cash out or rollover your participation into the next project at your sole discretion. Additional opportunities will be made available first to established relationships. It is our intention to make sure that this is not your last investment partnership with our Company.
