Bogdan Builders is seeking potential
partners to team with us to develop various real estate projects
in the greater Washington, DC area. After extensive review of the
market conditions and opportunities available, it is our current
intention to concentrate on growth in DC.
In order to accelerate expansion into this lucrative market, and
take advantage of the opportunities that its unique economy presents,
Bogdan Builders is actively establishing relationships with business
partners and other participants. We hope that you may be one of

Most of our projects are short term, meaning two years or less.
We have concentrated on these type properties as it limits any possible
downturn in the market.
As your first project with us is completed, you will be offered
the opportunity to either cash out or rollover your participation
into the next property at your sole discretion. Additional opportunities
will be made available first to established relationships. It is
our intention to make sure that this is not the last investment
that you will partner with our company.
