River Oaks was an assemblage of properties requiring purchasing land from three separate land owners obtaining sewer and water categories from County Council and park and planning as well as full development of underground utilities and streets. This enclave of distinguished homes again combines privacy with convenience. Set back from the main road on a private part of the glen, just under 2 miles from the historic village of Potomac . Maintaining the natural setting of trees and the environment were obviously maintained to extenuate natural setting.
Directions: From River Road west past Potomac
Village continue one mile past Falls Road and turn right
onto Norton Road. Take left on South Glen and after the
sharp bend in the road take the second left into River Oaks.
